How to SWOT effectively

SWOT analysis are fairly easy. I will highlight 5 steps to make a SWOT analysis.

A SWOT analysis is how you analyze a company by its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

Step 1. Search for about 4 examples for each category.
Step2. Create a chart to record your findings.

Step 3. Create strategies to better your company by combining two categories (i.e. Strength-Weakness Strategy).
Step 4. Organize your data so that it is ready for presentation (i.e. create a powerpoint).
Step 5. You're ready to present!

It is a fairly simple process that requires a little bit of studying and a little work to organize your findings. Now you are ready to create a SWOT analysis! Have fun!
